Dr. Pichardo and her resident are amazing.

She was great and I have no complaints about her but I would like to consistently see one provider. I always have a different one.

Provider is excellent. The office atmosphere at front desk was friendly but unprofessional and loud. Employees were talking a lot about office things the patients didn't need to know.

Dr. Pichardo is very kind and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable with her and trust her with my medical care. As a general point of feedback, I think patients should be asked if they are comfortable meeting with a medical resident before the resident assumes the responsibilities of the appointment.

I had to wait one hour after arriving early for my appointment. Many patients were coming after me, being treated and leaving. I spoke to the receptionist and got the BS remark "oh you're next." Still had to wait a while. Plus there was a homeless person with all his gear, asleep, snoring and taking up three seats. It's unfortunate that he was in that situation but not necessary that he be in an active waiting room at 9:30. The office manager and staff need coaching or you will loose patients.
