Appointment was on time. Doctors were thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Explained and provided hard copies of instructions. What more could you ask for.

The dermatologist was very good, and so was the resident who saw me as well.

I love Dr Prichardo. She is without a doubt the absolute best! I would definitely recommend her to anyone. I'm over 2 hours away and still wouldn't want to see anyone else.

Unfortunately the practice has gotten even more busy and trying to get an appointment is insane. I was hoping to reschedule my own for an example and it would have pushed me over a year out. Also they did not warn me about seeing a nurse for examination in addition to the doctor, and they had an intern with him which was also not mentioned or approved of. They did not ask if it was okay or if I was comfortable, I wasn't.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Pichardo was without a doubt the kindest, most compassionate , knowledgeable and professional healthcare provider that I have seen in a very long time.
