She was able to diagnose a problem that I had been having for seven months, that three other doctors had not been able to diagnose. It was a relief to finally have an answer.

I have appreciated the care Dr. Pichardo has given me over the years. She is concerned about my skin condition and has had many great suggestions about living with a chronic illness. She responds quickly to any messages I send her. She makes me feel like a valued patient.

Dr. Pichardo and her team were fabulous in explaining my health condition to me step by step!and give me the correct treatment! Thanks!

The doctor listened to my request for a different treatment option and offered one that better fit my need. Really appreciate that. She is very knowledgeable.

She is fantastic , worth waiting for in the lobby no matter what the wait time was I was glad to have the appointment. She is always very professional helpful and listen extremely well.

Dr Pichardo is the best dermatologist I have ever had including those at Wake

The doctors were excellent but to ask patients to put on a thin gown and wait in a very cold room is very inconsiderate. This was not a hot day and yet the room had air conditioning blowing the entire visit. Maybe flannel gowns would be helpful.
