The check in staff was extremely helpful! She listened to me and went above and beyond to help me with a matter regarding applying credit to my co pay! She had to make some phone calls because the credit could not be seen on her screen. I want to make sure she gets a shout out for her efforts!!

Came in for yearly screening and had a new problem that was taken care of to my satisfaction. Great work.

Staff in hallway was loud and laughing and not acting busy considering I sat in a tx room in a gown for over 30 min waiting, however the doctor is kind and excellent.

I feel very comfortable with this provider and the resident working with her. They both seem to really care about me as a patient and I know they see so many people. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful.

A very positive and excellent experience. Dr Pichardo is outstanding she is an excellent active listener. She gives me opportunity to have input into my health plan. She explains treatment options in terms that I can understand. She treats me as an individual and remembers details about my life beyond the walls of this facility. She is extremely knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to look for other options of treatments. She never appears to be in a hurry as she examines me. She is very caring and friendly which helps to ease my comfort zone tremendously.

An excellent professional, surprisingly empathetic and communicative compared to other doctors, something unusual in the system. Congratulations. My only complaint is the extreme difficulty and slowness in getting my first appointment with her; I had to wait almost a year.
