Always a great experience

Very thorough fornthebissue I was there for.

First I had a text saying I had an appt. in two days time & asking if I would be there. I said no as I already had another appt. at that time and that I had not made that appt. & ask who had (there was no answer to that). I made another appt for a week or so later after being told if I didn't take one of two morning appts they had, it would be May before she could get me in. Then I had a long wait in the lobby but a nurse assistant came & apologized about the wait and explained there was an emergency. Once in the exam room, It was freezing cold. I complained to the resident who came in first about this but she offered no relief though she was very pleasant and thorough. Then I complained to the doctor about this and she said they had warmed blankets that should have been offered but there were just a few of those. Then she said the health care providers would get too hot if the rooms were warmer. Her examination was very quick and while I like this doctor (I've had her for years) and understood she was very rushed if this had been my first visit, I'd have to think twice about going back. The doctor also told me I could extend my next check to 18 months which was great news. I said I doubted they could book that far ahead but she assured me they could. However, when I got to check out there was no one there and I had to wait again. Then I was told they could not book that far ahead so I'd have to call back in six months to book the next appt. Also, I overheard two health care workers saying that the doctors got bonuses if they saw more patients than were expected.

Dr McMichael is knowledgeable, professional, and caring. The doctor working with her was wonderful as well.

I was very pleased with her professionalism and taking the time to answer my questions. She was very thorough and I didn't feel rushed.

Dr. McMichael is an excellent provider. She is very encouraging and a wealth of information. if there is anything I would like to see done differently, that would be that she is not as rushed during the visit.

She's an amazing doctor. 10/10 experience every time.
