Dr. McMichael explains treatment and progress so that they are easy to understand. Very attentive to my questions and replies accordingly.
I was not asked if I would like the staff and nurses and doctor to wear a mask. I am a transplant patient & am trying to be careful wearing a mask. Dr. McMichael wore one without me asking, but no one else did. It would be nice if they were thoughtful & asked and/or wore one. Also, after I was shown to the room, I had to wait a long time for the doctor to come & when she did, she was in such a hurry. I did not feel like my time was viewed as valuable.

Need to do a better job with scheduling. I'm not sure if too many patients are being scheduled or if there was some other reason, but it took entirely too long for me to be seen after arriving on time for my appointment. I wasn't seen until about 1.5 to 2 hours past my scheduled appointment time. I understand that "things" can happen but this is ridiculous. And, I was never informed why she was running so late.

They were running behind for some reason
The care I received from the provider was excellent. However, the wait time for an appointment was long and the wait in the waiting room was ridicules. I arrived at 2:25 for a 2:45, appointment time, 15 min. early per instruction. I was not taken back until 3:10 and not seen until approximately 3:30. I was told that the clinic over books appointments. This practice should not be allowed.
The doctor and the nurse did a good job.
The provider's staff were helpful and listened to my concerns. The provider seemed very competent but was dismissive about my concerns and offered little information about my condition.
