A good experience overall. I would recommend that when the front office isn't readily working to minimize being on their cellphone and/or playing music at a level that is minimal as a means of professionalism.
The nurse/cna, intern, and the dermatologist all gave me time to answer and ask pertinent questions about my face, hair and nails. Solutions were share and recommend by the dermatologist. Samples of over-the -counter creams served as a great reminder of what I'm supposed to be purchasing.
This was my first visit with Dr.McMichael. At the request of my family doctor, they worked me in. I was very happy with the care and expertise I was given. I'm pleased to say that she will now be my primary Dermatologist!
Since we already understand all the things going on with my diagnosis. I only needed to get blood work done. Everything else was not even necessary. I'm in physical therapy, so I get exercise.And I also eat light due to all my health issues.I believe everything is covered.
You are very fortunate to have a doctor as good as dr. Mcmichael!
