Excellent service and she is well aware as to how to handle the problem. I'm extremely happy with my progress.
I had a great visit with Dr. McMichael, she carefully listened to my concern and provided a treatment program. She explained the purpose of treatment protocol.
The wait time was well over 30 minutes and I had to inquire what was taking so long. Of they were all very apologetic after I raised the issue. Dr Mcmichael always sends a resident in 1st and she goes along with there recommendations. I'd like at some point to get her opinion first for further treatments.
A rude comment was made and I quote "that's the most unhealthy thing I've heard all day", I went to the restroom and came back to a new patient being in the room, and the appointment was extremely behind
