"Lucky" is one of the warmest people I have ever met. Her caring manner, her obvious knowledge, not to mention how attractive she is and with a great sense of humor, all combine to put a patient so at ease. That helps a patient open up and ask questions as well as listen and try to learn. That winning combination is what a medical visit is all about, isn't it? (Actually I wanted to adopt her but she was firmly attached to her many patients. Oh well. Perhaps at my next visit!).
