They were late for the appointment, but did apologize for the delay. They spent about 5-10 minutes with me and I felt it could have been accomplished over the phone.
I saw a PA not the DR and she had no compassion or interest in my problem.

I find all the doctors in the staff up at Winston to be so wonderful and so caring and want to be there to help. Some of the doctors down in North Wilkesboro are that way a good amount of them are not. And I just find it so much better up at Winston.
After trying 2 different unsuccessful procedures to relieve my pain, she didn't have any other suggestions as to how we should proceed. I finally asked about physical therapy and she gave me a referral. If that doesn't work, I don't know what I will do.
