As far as messaging on the portal is concerned, there needs to be a more up-to-date process perhaps consider update within 24 hours rather than 48 as you should understand these people are in pain and they need to consulted with on a regular basis if a message is sent. Otherwise I've had great experiences and I appreciate the career that I have received
