Dr Li explains why the tests were run, what they were looking at, and what the numbers mean. I appreciate her treating me like someone who can understand what is going on with my health issues and what to expect. The staff is always courteous, helpful, and friendly. I'm a hard stick for bloodwork, but they always seem to get it on the first try. That is important to me.
You can tell that she cares about her patient.
