Everyone, from the front desk, to the staff in the infusion room and of course the Dr. are nothing less than professional yet understanding to their patients needs and concerns usually being directed to the doctor for anything pertaining to treatment, but these folks know what they're doing and I'm truly blessed to have them doing it.
