I don't like that when I call to reschedule my infusion appointment I am transferred to the nurses and I have to leave a message for an appointment. NO, I want to call the front desk and make an appointment right away like I did a few months ago. So this new process doesn't work, and the front desk should take care of all appointments. I do not want to talk to an answering machine!
