Dr. Hemal is a kind and thoughtful man and doctor. I feel very fortunate to have him as my doctor.

Although the doctor is obviously talented. He sucks at communication. It isn't a language barrier. It might be confidence in his work and too many patients to give proper time to each. He seems like a happy guy on the surface. We had questions and he was actually backing out the door telling us not to worry. Luckily a nurse was in the room and helped us out.
He was good about my different options and answer any questions I had.
Dr. Hemal and resident MD were considerate, kind and set future appointments and referral to another specialist. However, the check-in process was in terrible. The appt was at 2:15 and we arrived at 2:23. We waited until 3:15 and went back to the receptionist and someone failed to actually check us in. All in all we waited about an hour and a half before we were called. Check-out took 30 minutes. Awful experience.
