Wait time was longer than anticipated. I was asked a lot of questions., but not really informaned about my situation and the possibilities of what is happening. Also disappointing was being passed from clinic to clinic and doctor to doctor [4 clinics and more than 4 doctors (all in different clinics)].
Dr. Hemal is a very caring and highly skilled urology specialist. His manner is very professional and his knowledge with the Robotic prostate surgery is by far a gift for patients. I appreciate his expertise and how he manages a patient 's journey.
Had to wait almost an hour for the biopsy,then the follow-up took almost two hours. Missed appointment with Imaging because of that.
