My phone visit was rescheduled twice due to results delayed. Also, I wasn't called to be informed the doctor was running late each time it was rescheduled. It's very stressful to have to 2-3 hours before being told the results haven't come in and doctor running late. The office needs to be more sympathetic of how the patient feels while waiting for lab results.
