dr spencer is great. registration personnel was helpful too but the cna has little empathy with patients. I have been seen by this woman twice I got the same impression both times. someone needs to talk with her about her treatment of patients.

Of course my Dr. LUKE SPENSOR is an outstanding doctor. Listens and gives very knowledgeable observations. The front desk personnel are outstanding, very helpful and always smiling. Nice to see. The nurse seems to have an attitude most of the time. She got after me for not entering data in online, she had to do it. She was not pleased with me. It was as if was too much for her to do, and she made it a point to let me know. This is not the first time I have been treated in such a way. Definitely needs improvement.

Luke Spencer is very professional Polite & personable. He listens. Says his recommendation and asks me what I want to do. Very caring! Truly a treasure!

I wish there's a separate bathroom between male and female even just at the front lobby/waiting room. I truly appreciate a heads up on the coming schedule like do not eat breakfast before your procedure and ensure to give specimen (urine) at the time of the process. It took me 45 minutes to provide the necessary specimen.

I am quite confident in my care under Dr. Spencer. Even if I haven't seen him in a year, I always feel as if we were just speaking last week. He listens to all of my questions and concerns, makes recommendations about my health care, and provides me with options in my treatment.

Doctor and his staff are all very friendly and caring to me as a patient. Very Good!

Dr. Spencer provides such excellent care. He is prepared, knows my medical issues, has excellent followup, He takes the time necessary to conduct a thorough and relaxed visit and exam.
