Dr. Pichardo is a great doctor. She always assures me that if I need anything, to please let her know. She responds to any email I sent her quickly and is very helpful. I am very grateful to have her as my doctor and dermatologist.

When a 6 month appointment wasn't available she asked that the scheduler check into this and make sure I get scheduled in 6 months.
