Got me in the next day after calling for an appointment since they had a cancellation and I saw a new doctor that I really loved and her nurses were fabulous also and I also liked Dr Edminster the doctor that I had before but I think this might be a better fit!
All my test results are not complete. I trust I trust I will be informed further about diagnosis at the appropriate time

The providers didn't wear gloves when palpating my skin. I'd recommend they do that in the future

Dr Pichardo is one of the most thorough and attentive Dermatologists I've ever had. Since one of my prescriptions is no longer covered by insurance, she gave me an OTC recommendation and several samples-she's the best!
This was a dermatology appointment, I had no problems and my Dr. was fantastic. Could not make another appointment because the 2026 calendar was not in use yet.
Th resident was seated so his back was to me while he attended to the computer, which was for most of the visit. He recommended an OTC cream by brand name but was unable to tell me what it was - he said that the patients like it. I had to ask the attending to look at my skin. They had some difficulty answering questions that I thought were basic. The nurse (or medical assistant) did not get me a gown (or ask where the skin problem was) until I requested a gown..... which seemed unusual for a dermatology visit. I was happy with their open attitude and flexibility toward my thoughts about treatment and I was happy with the treatment plan.
