My last two primary care physicians at that clinic have both left from my encounter with Kris yesterday I believe I'll be considering her as my primary!

They're a great team ! But I do not like talking to the switchboard I want to talk to someone in the actual doctors office ! Those people are very rude!

It took over a week to get an appointment. I am heartened to know they will be adding two new providers. The system of receiving a text that an earlier appt. had become available was frustrating and inefficient as, by the time I responded, these were already taken.

I've been putting my trust in this family practice since 1991. I have never had any issues with the level of care I receive!

She is wonderful. Always tells me what she is checking and gives me time to ask questions and discuss what we need to do. I love having Kristen Kaplan as my primary physician!!
