I have been going to Summerfield Family Practice for 47 ish years. I have never been disappointed in my care. All of the providers over the years have listened to me and responded with great information. The providers, nurses and staff are an excellent group of people and most know me and respond appropriately. My BIGGEST issue is your new phone system. I am unable to get through to the office by way of your phone system. I prefer talking with the front staff directly to discuss my options for appointments and any needs I may have. I live approximately 6 to 7 miles away and it is easier for me to drive there to make my appointments and/or get a message to the nurses. Another issue I have is that I prefer to have blood work done prior to my wellness visit. That way the care provider and I can discuss it face to face.

This was my first visit with Dr. Kaplan. I look forward to partnering with her, for my health and well-being.
