Nurse took her time with me

Dr. Furr always listens patiently when with me. She doesn't make you feel rushed to share your thoughts. I also appreciate how she involves me in the suggested course of treatment.

No need to discuss any treatments - the no responses should be : N/A in my case Dr. Furr listens and easily engaged in a couple of concerns I had!

I always know Dr. Furr knows me and my health issues, is always willing to listen to me and is knowledgeable about what will work best for me. I trust her completely. I feel like that is so important. It eased my mind.

Check in was different w/faces Id never seen before. All addressing each other and 1 on a call. When approaching a station was told abruptly "We'll be with you in a minute".....only person there. Lady on a call .... Finished her call and checked me in nicely/professionally. Same checked me out. WF has/can do better at their front desk and must with as many elderly that I saw in their facility.

Dr. Furr is an excellent doctor!
