I've been seeing Dr.Furr for many years now.She's kept me healthy for my age. I never want to change my care provider

Dr Furr is professional and provides explanations about health issues. She seems to care about her patients as well as their health.

Dr Furr is a kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable physician. She always listens and cares about my treatment and care. I am grateful she is my primary care provider.

I've been seeing Dr. Furr for several years and she has always provided the highest quality care, and I have nothing but praise for her. However, the administrative end of the practice is in need of improvement. The first text I got for this appointment gave me the options to reschedule or cancel, but not to confirm. I called the office and was assured that the appointment was still on the schedule. The next day I got two texts; one said the appointment was cancelled and the other said it was rescheduled for the same time as the original appointment. I also got an email saying the appointment was cancelled, without any explanation. Once again I had to call to find out if I still had an appointment or not. These are not isolated incidents. Atrium has a history of filing my insurance wrong, typically switching the primary and secondary carriers in spite of my having corrected the insurance profile many times. On a recent visit to another provider at the Premier location, I arrived on time, only to be told my appointment had been cancelled, without any prior notification. My guess is that Atrium would not take kindly to me not showing up for an appointment. I am very pleased with all the health care providers I have seen at Atrium, but the administrative staff is so consistently incompetent, I am often tempted to change providers.

It was my first time seeing Dr. Furr but she already provided me with much more information, care, and attention than I had ever encountered with other doctors. She was amazing and so knowledgeable.

Associate who took info before I met the Dr stood behind an elevated computer screen. I was seated on opposite side and could only see a portion of her face. Didn't really make me feel warm and fuzzy! Once Dr Furr came in everything changed. Very easy to talk to.

Everything went according to my expectations.
