Your survey questions are weak. A high yes on these questions does not necessarily equate to quality care or satisfaction. You are fishing for soundbites and press one-liners. While I am satisfied with Dr. Yaraei , I am far less impressed with Atrium. Every encounter with you is clearly efficiency/CYA/profit driven.

Dr. Yaraei was timely, friendly and helpful. She provided helpful lab feedback and advise. I appreciated having a face to face encounter, I'm not a fan of virtual visits.
