Took my staples out after Total reverse shoulder replacement. I didn't feel any discomfort. Demonstration of additional postop exercises & had me repeat. Great appointment

Tia put me at ease the whole time of the appointment. The purpose of this visit was to remove surgical staples. She removed the bandage, said the incision was healing very well and continued talking with me, keeping me distracted while she was pulling the staples. She was finished before I realized what she was doing. Very professional, pleasant to talk with.

The dr. Gave me options for care, return visit, come back visit, etc. We agreed I will send a message when I am ready for my next surgery. I return to work tomorrow . Great care. Very good communication.
