Dr. White did a great job explaining everything, and the ladies that work there are very knowledgeable and expand everything.

This was my first visit with Dr. WHITE VERY SATISFIED.
I was very anxious about establishing care with a new bariatric surgeon after having had bariatric surgery roughly 20 years ago with a different surgeon in another state. I've had some complications and my concern was whether or not a new bariatric surgeon would let me establish care and provide me with continuing follow up and all of the services provided within his practice (dietitian, therapists, medical weight loss, etc) It's convenient and allows continuity of care to have all disciplines working together. He already had reviewed all of my records thoroughly and he included me in creating a plan of care. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of my history including physical and mental history along with associated medications. I left there confident and reassured that I was in good hands.
It's not about the provider but is about your front office person. I don't know what it is but every single time I come there it's like she has a problem with me. Real bad vibes! So I'm telling her I had an appointment with my provider at 2:45 and just stared at me. So I just stood there. It was an awkward minute or so. And then she just said, well are you gonna tell me your name? waiting room was empty. I didn't realize she had to take care of more than 1 appointment at 2:45, and normally the front desk person will prompt you by asking for information they need to type in the info, not just stare at you expecting me to read her mind. So when I left, she's outside the double doors having a conversation with someone and I'm leaving. She's trying to peek at the paper in my hand to see when I was supposed to make a return appointment. She then asked me if I needed to make an appointment, and really, I'll call in to do that just so I don't have to deal with her bad energy. Sorry, but every single person but her is WONDERFUL. As she is in the front and end of every appointment she sets the tone and her tone is nasty nice. I would not feel bad if I never see her again.
