Checking in was prompt friendly and thorough. The call back to see nurse initially was too much of a delay. My appointment was 2:15pm. I was not called back until almost 3:30. I did appreciate I saw a physicians assistant and the doctor after the radiologist but it did take time.

I love this office but for the last 3 visits I have had to wait an hour or more past my appointment time to just receive a cortisone shot! Thisjis not acceptable.
