I was uncomfortable with the nurse/medical assistant, who spoke in a very loud manner and was rather gruff My impression of her was a person Angry/ unhappy

He did a good job in talking about the medicine I am taking, I was very pleased with this visit.

Provider & nurse were very professional & made me feel comfortable. The front desk for checking in/out were nice once they dealt with you. However checking in, standing & waiting I felt I was interrupting the conversation amongst themselves. Checking out it didn't seem to be organized, no lines people waiting in a group & whoever got the first eye contact was assisted regardless if someone else was there first. Again once assisted very nice.

Only negative was that I was encouraged to check in online. In order to complete the process I had to make a payment. Turns out, I did not owe this money due to my insurance coverage and it will take me months to get it back.

Dr Stacey is very knowledgeable, he listens, understand and explains very clear about your health, very courteous and respectful
