Dr. Smith is an excellent doctor.

BP was high because I wasn't checked in when I arrived and had to sit and wait. I saw all these patients come in and was being taken back but I was still waiting after my appointment. I was upset and was cold because of blood thinners. Dr Smith and the nurse did apologize.
