Dr. Radionchenko is great at what she does, is passionate, and truly cares. We need more physicians like her. However, when speaking to patient(s) there should be a more professional and appropriate tone when discussing health matters. It is also a little difficult to understand elocutions. There were pass aggressive connotations and comments expressed. Unfortunately, there was not enough education around this disease and my mother did not want to reschedule. The appointment felt like a scolding session. I believe she means well and cares, but I hope that no one experiences this.

As Dr. Radionchenko is becoming more aware of my situation she seems more relaxed and answer all my questions and tells me that if I have any concerns or questions to call, I don't have to wait for my next appointment.

The Doctor and all assistants and check in and check out personel did professional friendly job. I recommend this group to anyone!!!

Some of these questions are not relevant to eye exams, but my experiene with Dr. Radionchenko was very satisfactory. She explains things very clearly and gives you an opportunity to ask questions.
