She made me feel like I didn't know how to care for myself, even though I have been washing my face and eyes for over 55+ years. Eye issues can occur due to other health issues, which were not discussed, i.e. sugar, stress, etc. When the office cancels your appointment they should provide a new appointment date and time, as they are the ones canceling, not you. I have had several appointments over 3 years canceled by the office and it has been difficult to get an appointment in reasonable time frame, i.e. pushed out. Frustrating, so I have foregone trying to get appointments. When an emergency appointment was needed it was like an act of Congress, i.e. back and forth, to obtain one even with a referral from my PCP for a emergency visit. On the day I got worked in for an emergency visit there had been several cancelations, so I had to wonder if the office tried to bump people up, who had been pushed out due to their canceling appointments to get patients in sooner.
My husband used this Dr. Radionchenko doctor for cataract surgery several years ago and was happy with her office and surgery results, so I chose her practice as well. She's very personable (as are other office personnel), explained the current condition of my eyes after she examined them, made recommendations for handling dry eye symptoms and helpful products to use. I was pleased with the visit and have surgeries scheduled.
