I wasn't told I would be seeing a nurse practioner. I was expecting a doctor who would give me answers about my condition. Instead my information is being given to the doctor and his recommendation will be relayed to me in a phone call. My appointment would have been better if I had known before hand who I would be seeing.

Experience wasn't bad but I needed a return to work form filled out from my employer (sheriffs office) and it was ridiculous how much time it took to get it done. Dr preuter said she could fill it out of i had it then I printed it then all of a sudden she wouldn't do it because it needed to be faxed and scanned at another office then sent to me. Very ridiculous since the generic letter she printed for me said the same basic thing. Way too much of a hastle!
