Very good for first visit

It was my first visit, had to seek a new PCP due to previous ones leaving the practice I was at, very frustrating but no fault of this PA and I really liked him.

This is a first visit with Charles Phillips,P.A. He had my previous history with other Atrium Health providers. There was no reason he would have had to contact me before calling my for appointment. I was extremely comfortable with him during my appointment.

The entire staff provided excellent care and support. I enjoyed speaking with everyone.
