The experience with Kyle Obendorf was excellent. I did have trouble with billing who, prior to my visit, indicated my copay was over $260. I paid the copay just to discover at check-in that my copay was $0. Now I have to wait for the money I paid to be returned to me. This is not acceptable and the process needs tightened up.
