This process took a long time to obtain an appointment, obviously a busy office. However I was told that I would require Renal ultrasounds, and that they would call me to make an appointment. That has not occurred as of this time nine days ago. Please expidite.

This practice is amazing. They are very quick to respond to any messages. They are very prompt with schedules and very professional and personable when I visit. I put my life into Dr. Ike's hands. No one wants Stage 3 CKD ... but, this doctor calms my heart, gives gentle reminders of ways to keep healthy. His calm, professional demeanor always makes me feel like he really cares and I appreciate him so much! PS ... I never miss an appointment - I assume it's automatic reminders by Atrium / WFH, but I don't need 10 reminders before every appointment.
