Pleased with my visit, the Dr. & the staff!!

My experiences with Dr. Namen are always excellent. He is very knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and I always feel well cared for and confident in his expertise. My concern is with scheduling appointments. Dr. Namen recommended that I return in 6 months, but when I checked out, I was told the next available appointment was in 11 months. This is very frustrating and concerning. Some of us are aging and need more attention, not to wait almost a year for follow-up care. I hope the scheduling process can be improved so patients can receive timely appointments. This also happened with my wife's appointment

The front desk folks were very kind and check-in was quick. The nurse who took me back was as kind as well.

My visits are always done in a timely manner and I feel comfortable with letting my doctors know any concerns or issues I have.

There seems to be a breakdown in communication between the Doctor, staff and administrative team.

He is very caring, very efficient and a excellent doctor.

I was happy to hear his care group now has additional care provider specialists. I hope that will solve the difficulties associated with appointments being pushed forward in time.

Dr. Namen is definitely an amazing provider. He cares about his patients and gives the best medical care and listens to his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Namen for his quality of patient care.

Everything went so smooth and I understood what I was to do after my appointment. Very knowledgeable and talk to me in a way that I could understand, very polite and was very concerned to my needs.
