I know they were very busy, but I sat in a treatment room for 1 1/2 hours waiting and no one explained or spoke to me. The facility was very hot so even more uncomfortable. I will continue with this office at this point, but was disappointed
Great nurse and great doctor
Dr Mullins completely lacks any type of bedside manner. He preformed the medical procedure correctly but was very harsh and unfeeling in his approach. It was a very painful procedure I realize but I feel like he didn't go out of his way to make it more tolerable and almost seemed to enjoy inflicting the pain of the procedure. If I had had another choice on who would have performed the procedure I would picked them as from experience of him performing this procedure in the past.
Superior nurse and staff.
