This is the first time I have seen Michelle Moore and am very pleased with my experience. She is very knowledgeable and kind.

I had a wonderful experience and felt comfortable asking all the questions. She spent enough time to let me understand and ask everything. My only concern is that she wanted me to follow up in 6 months but there aren't any appointments for 9 months out. Hopefully there will be a cancellation but I shouldn't have to bank my care on someone else cancelling.

Michelle Moore, PA was a very impressive provider. Michelle had already reviewed medical history sent by the referring provider and listened to all my concerns. She provided knowledge of my probably diagnosis, explaining upcoming tests to be performed and planning a treatment option based on the outcome of upcoming procedures. I am feeling very optimistic and look forward to continuing my treatment plan with her.

There was actually a little snafu with regard to scheduling, and it could have been a frustrating situation. But I remember being so pleased by everyone from the desk staff to the nurse to the doctor being patient, calm, friendly, and kind, and I was impressed. Communication was clear, there was no attempt to make excuses or defer blame, but just communicate the facts and what they were doing, how long it might take, and what the process was to make it all happen.
