Excellent. Very caring. Listened to my concerns and responded to them. Showed genuine caring attitude.

It would be helpful to remind a patient that when they go back out into the reception area, anticipating lab work, that they need to sign in again on the computer. I don't go often enough and forgot, so I sat, in the reception area till I was the last one left.
