Very educated. I liked that my provider knew my medical history and talked with my other provider who referred me to go over options for my best treatment possible. I appreciated her taking the time to go over everything with me and letting me ask questions. She did not make me feel rushed or unwelcome.

My family drive 1.5 hours for what we were told was a required in person meeting so the provider could take a look at her anatomically and discuss best treatment moving forward. In reality the provider didn't even touch my daughter and this was an appt that could have been virtual, or better yet an email. I'm very disappointed that I had to pull her from school for this.
