Thank you for your attention that you give me with my medical problems that I have, thank you.
After seeing Jenny Mosher over the past several months, I am feeling the best I've felt in several years. She listened and came up with a plan to get me feeling better. I have recommended her to several friends.
I was very impressed with the friendliness and courtesy I received from every person in the office. Both clinical and administrative personnel smiled as they conversed with me and it left me feeling they enjoyed their jobs and that they were not too busy to treat me like a welcomed guest, instead of a number. All my questions and concerns were answered and I was given information and instructions that I needed, including future visits and treatments.
staff is very knowledgeable, answered all questions, very friendly and helpful.
Had follow up visit with Jennifer Mosher regarding ongoing sleep issues. She listened carefully, responded thoughtfully, and proposed an action plan. An impressive & professional young lady.
I enjoyed my visit. She was a different person than who I usually see. But she was very easy to talk to and helped me a lot.
Helped a lot thank you
The provider was great the problem came with the receptionist when I came to my insurance I had United healthcare wasn't aware of CIGNA and because I had called Cigna and told them that I no longer needed their insurance coverage so when I went to the doctor office the receptionist pulled up CIGNA. I told her I didn't have it and I told her that I had United healthcare at which time I was told that she had to use CIGNA. I told her no she said well it's active. I said I don't know anything about that. I would like for you to use United healthcare and she tells me again what I have to use CIGNA what I didn't understand is if I tell you I have one Insurance and I don't want you to use the other one. How are you going to tell me what you have to do she was very unprofessional and not wanting to hear what I had to say about that I did have wasn't pleased with the receptionist
More eye contact, less laptop contact. More empathy.
Both the assistant and the provider are easy to talk to. Very friendly.
