She needs to listen to her patients. Don't always assume a medical text book diagnosis or symptoms fit all people and all situations. I know my body . And I want clear and decisive answers to my questions.
Dr. Morris and the entire staff and care team are absolutely incredible...just the best. I truly feel that they care about me and my family as people, not as numbers or dollars-they treat me with such kindness and are always happy when they see me, making me feel like a friend. Dr. Morris is an incredible primary care physician, and I count myself lucky to have had her as mine for more than a decade. She is kind, knowledgeable, friendly, caring, empathetic, and respectful. She truly cares about me as a person, and she is committed to empowering, guiding, and informing me to be a healthy, happy person. She takes time to actually listen to what I have to say, and she does an excellent job of explaining everything-from what's going on, to her rationale, and everything in between. She is very communicative, always quickly responding to online messages and requests (often she will reply within just a couple of hours). Dr. Morris, in short, is probably the best doctor I have ever had, and I very much look forward to continuing to receive care from her in the future. Honestly, I dread the day when she decides to stop practicing and I have to find a new PCP. Thank you to the entire team at the Lewisville office for always being so supportive and marvelous! And thank you Dr. Morris for being my doctor and taking care of me!

Providers overall need to be able to take more time and not have insurance dictate care. In addition, it would be nice if providers learned to get to root causes and initially consider homeopathic approaches. Medicine is not one size fits all. Insurance is ruining our health.
