This provider was very kind and respectful. As a Black woman, it can be intimidating seeing a healthcare professional due to feeling as though my concerns won't be heard and validated. This was not the case with Alison. She trusted that I am the expert of my mental and physical health and was able to provide insight and knowledge to guide my treatment. I feel like I received collaborative care and not just a professional telling me what to do.

She is one of the nicest people I have as my Doctor, yes, she is my personal doctor. I trust her with my life. You are lucky to have such a gifted lady that knows her craft an talks to you one on one.
She was amazing with my daughter. So attentive and kind. My daughter was very nervous about getting a couple shots and Dr. McNeill sit with her, hugged on her and gave her encouragement during the whole process. I will definitely take my children back to her
