The wait time from check-in to getting called back from the CMA, then when you go into the room, while waiting on the provider is too long of a wait!!!!!!

I enjoyed having my doctor appointment by video very much. It was very convenient not having to drive to the appointment since it is a 40 minute drive for me and able to do this from my own home. I was also able not to have to miss as much work by doing the appointment virtual.
