The doctor did not do his job and complete a thorough skin check at my appointment. Was very disappointed with this entire experience.
Dr. Jorizzo and his staff are great, caring practitioners. Had issue with Atrium's on-line portal not functioning correctly.
I would highly recommend Dr. J to anyone! When I didn't understand his reasoning or recommendations, he made sure to tell my dad (support person I brought with me)! Dr. J always makes direct eye contact, makes sure that he gives a clear explanation to why/when and how his treatment may or may not be effective! He is clearly aware of when a patient is receptive of his words. If not, he will reiterate and respond in an understandable manner! I appreciate that as a patient!
Dr. J is great! Learned a lot of information regarding my treatment plan.
I had to wait almost 40 minutes in the exam room before I saw the provider. I understand when there is a small wait, but that was excessive.
I believe that the booking process has a tendency to to overbook the doctors time without regard to for the patient. He was so overbooked that it was almost an hour and 15 minutes past my appointment between sitting in the waiting room and the exam room

I phoned the dept? Explained my concern, and they took me in for treatment the same day as my phone call.
I Love this office. Staff is always so nice and helpful. My resident doctor was hands down AMAZING!!!! The best one I've seen in all the 13 years of coming. Super nice and helpful. And Dr. J is always amazing and great. I refer people to him every chance I get when I hear people having issues with the skin. Definitely worth the drive and I will continue to take it as long as it's needed.
