She always listens. She gives me time to express why I needed the appointment. She's very good at what she does. I will follow her wherever she goes.

Establishing care after a long time with no pcp. B. Jackson was great and made me feel comfortable. She answered all my questions and took my concerns seriously. She ordered a lung test though, and i have not heard from scheduling yet.

This was a new patient visit so she wouldn't have known my medical history. Medical records were requested. She was professional and friendly and a follow up appointment was made.

She is very helpful with any questions I have and gives me any answers I would need. Dr Jackson is a fantastic doctor and person.

I feel the providers are capable of doing their jobs. However it's Atrium scheduling that's making it hard to see my provider. I've been a patient at this office for years and yet before my last visit there was supposedly no open appointments and it was suggested I go to urgent care center which I did and the urgent care provider told me to follow up with my family PA if not we'll in a month which I wasn't and was granted an appointment with my Family Dr. Office . Life was easier when patients could schedule appointments directly with medical facilities !
