I was blown away by the hospitality from the moment I stepped in the door! The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. I had a couple of appointments scheduled, and despite forgetting some of the staff's names, the whole process ran smoothly. From the EKG to the x-rays and bloodwork, everything was seamless. Jason was especially awesome - he took the time to break everything down for me so I knew exactly what to expect. Kudos to him! The hospital's got an amazing team, and I'd definitely give 'em a 5-star rating ??????????"

This is the first major surgery that I will have had. I'm a little anxious about it and I feel like the people that check you in at the front desk could be a little bit more friendly. For the most part, I felt like a number. I don't feel like there was any type of Personal care. It was very automated. I just feel that there should be a little bit more empathy for the patients that come in there. The most friendly person I encountered on this last visit was the doorman who smiled and was very helpful to tell me where to go. He seemed genuine.

Oh Jason was great. He was so clear on everything he was telling me. Even my questions he could answer all of them so I understand it. Even the procedure he was doing, he explained 2 times and while he did each step.
