We were able to get quick care for our sick daughter and confirm steps going forward. The doctor was thorough and explained everything so well.

The appointment was scheduled for 4:30 but my child and I didn't see the provider until 5pm. It would have been nice to get some kind of indicator telling us the provider is delayed or at least a check in every few minutes by staff.
