Well seems to me she is in and out of no real time to discuss problems I am having. The staff seems genuinely good at their roles. Just would like to speak a little more on problems and direction other than getting setup for to see another specialist that usually takes 6-8 months before I can see them. Sometimes longer. Last time they switched my Dermatologist and I didn't think she did a thorough job. Took me forever to get the appointment. I like Atrium Health and there setup to manage patients. Except the time to setup and see new patient. Paying online or through the portal is convenient . Not seeing a Physician directly about issues is problematic for me. I have worked in the medical field for 35 years and it seems all I see is the hired help.
